As we enter Lockdown 2.0, we are delighted to say that the housing market has been given the green light to carry on. That is great news for existing sales, plus fantastic news for those that are looking to come to the market and make use of the stamp duty benefits that are in place for all completions before the end of March 2021.
Lettings continues to be busy and buoyant as we are able to continue letting properties throughout November.
